LOS ANGELES--()--Theorem, LLC, an innovation and engineering firm that builds custom enterprise software for the world’s most admired brands, has been named to Inc. magazine’s annual list of the Best Workplaces for 2021. The list is the result of a wide-ranging and comprehensive measurement of American companies that have created exceptional workplaces and company culture.

In addition to being named one of Inc.’s Best Workplaces for 2021, Theorem has also been named an honoree in three sub-categories: Prosperous and Thriving: $5MM - $50MM in gross revenue, Established Excellence: 5-14 years in business, and Medium-Large: Employee size 100-499.

“We’ve always been ambitious about making Theorem the best place to work,” said Brady Brim-DeForest, CEO of Theorem. “But, turning that vision into reality isn’t something that starts and stops with leadership. It’s only possible because each team member is committed to making it real. The fact that today’s recognition is driven by direct feedback from our team about their experience at Theorem makes this award even more meaningful.”

The culture at Theorem is intricately tied to the trust it places in its people to make autonomous decisions from the frontlines, in complex environments, with narrow margins of error. It is an environment that attracts a diverse group of independent thinkers who challenge convention in order to consistently achieve the impossible. Designed from the ground up for distributed collaboration, Theorem’s team is spread across twenty-two states and fourteen countries worldwide.

“We’ve worked very hard to build a culture that is both enduring and adaptable, and we are grateful for the recognition of our commitment to building an organization where great people can thrive,” said Will Jessup, founder of Theorem. “Our culture is the foundation that enabled us to serve our clients without disruption during a year of global turmoil. Our continued growth over the last twelve months is a testament to its strength.”

Collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. singled out 429 honorees this year. Each nominated company took part in an employee survey conducted by Quantum Workplace on topics including management effectiveness, perks, and fostering employee growth. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine the company’s overall score and ranking.

“The definition of a positive workplace has changed drastically over the past year,” says Inc. magazine editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “Stocked fridges and nap pods were no longer perks many companies could rely on once work went remote. So, this year’s list is even more important as it reveals organizations that continue to enrich the lives of its employees amid a pandemic.”
