Senate Bill 76 Will Make it Harder for Homeowners to Sue Over Denied Claims
This bill seeks to reduce the fees incurred by attorneys, even in the event of a successful suit which is 80% or less of the claim amount.
The passage of Senate Bill 76 would be a multimillion dollar gift to insurance companies at the expense of homeowners. We intend to fight it on behalf of all homeowners.
