Rose International Launches Racial Justice Initiative to Advance Racial Equity

Rose pledges a $2 million commitment to help communities of color

ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Rose International, a leading staffing agency, announced today that it launched RISE (Rose Impacting Social Equality), an initiative to advance racial equity across the U.S. to help communities of color overcome societal barriers. Rose International made a $2 million commitment to help initiate change nationwide.

Rose International assembled an internal committee comprised of executives, leaders and diversity and inclusion personnel to develop RISE. Through RISE, the company plans to bolster its existing partnerships and identify opportunities to support other organizations and institutions nationwide to bring needed help and support to communities of color.

At its core, RISE focuses on education, career development, workforce support and professional development for communities of color. Through its programs, RISE brings support, guidance and necessary resources to students, job seekers, entrepreneurs and small businesses across the country to help further diversity and inclusion nationwide.
