WASHINGTON--()--ECFC, the leading nonprofit organization promoting choice in benefit solutions, today announced that a new Certified COBRA Specialist (CCS) designation is now available for ECFC members and non-members as part of the organization’s employee benefits industry certification program. The CCS designation joins ECFC’s certifications along with the existing COBRA Administration Specialist (CAS) designation.
