Berkley, bringing eight years of experience in Human Resources across finance and technology firms – and most recently at Lyft – will strengthen Bailard’s operational practices across the firm, with an eye to retaining and developing the talent of Bailard’s team.

Prior to joining Bailard, Berkley spent eight years working in recruiting, human resources, and people analytics at firms including Two Sigma and Lyft. In these roles, she worked closely with leadership on daily HR operations as well as organizational design and change management initiatives. In a people analytics capacity, she developed clear reporting and measurement frameworks to maintain excellence in people management.
In her new role, Berkley will work closely with Bailard’s leadership to align the goals of each business line, and continue tracking toward measurable goals as Bailard grows and further develops its talent in the years to come. She is also leading the firm through today’s largest human resources topics, including strengthening remote work, future policies for preparing to return to the office, and implementing enhanced diversity, equity, and inclusion training.
