Evolve Media and Ad.net Partner to Improve Search Results for Web Properties and Visitors

Lifestyle Publisher to Power Search for Millions of Users with SearchIQ Product; Ad.net’s Advertisers Gain Access to New Customers

LOS ANGELES--()--Ad.net, the search marketplace outside of traditional incumbents, announced today that Evolve Media, the largest publisher of top enthusiast destinations with over 41 million unique visitors each month, is utilizing Ad.net’s SearchIQ technology to power search functionality for their sites, including theFashionSpot and Mandatory. The search bar is a simple plug-in for websites with customer result ranking, semantic search analysis, rapid CDN and real-time analytics to deliver important insights about users.

The partnership further strengthens Ad.net’s intent-driven marketing products, providing the company better insight into consumer purchasing intent based on their search queries that can dramatically improve conversion rates and increase return on ad spend (ROAS) for advertisers.

“This is a win-win partnership between Ad.net and Evolve Media: Their visitors get improved search functionality and greater access to relevant content, and our Fortune 500 advertisers access a new marketplace to extend their reach and gain new customers they otherwise would not receive from other search engines,” said Jon Waterman, CEO, Ad.net. “SearchIQ is a powerful tool that will improve user acquisition and yield more insight into content interests.”

Select Evolve Media web pages will also leverage the SearchIQ Commerce product, a managed offering that adds a fully-featured branded ecommerce store to generate a new revenue stream for publishers. SearchIQ Commerce connects user product interests from the shopping tab with their editorial preferences to assist in delivering relevant content to Evolve Media’s expansive readership, and provides the editorial department targeted insights to focus new topic ideas.

SearchIQ and SearchIQ Commerce provides us with the high-quality search functionality for our users, and the back-end analytics we need to deliver a better experience and drive retention,” said Aaron Broder, Co-Founder and CEO at Evolve Media. “We expect to see increased page views and extended site browsing across the board.”
