National Law Journal Names Tadler Law LLP Founder Ariana J. Tadler 2020 Plaintiffs’ Lawyers Trailblazer

NEW YORK--()--Tadler Law LLP founder and managing partner Ariana J. Tadler has been recognized as a 2020 Plaintiffs’ Lawyers Trailblazer by the National Law Journal (NLJ). The recognition is given annually to honor lawyers who “make their mark in various aspects of legal work on the Plaintiffs’ side.”

Recognizing her pioneering achievements in the area of e-discovery, the NLJ selected Ms. Tadler for this year’s prestigious list of plaintiffs’ lawyers. A veteran class action and commercial litigator, Ms. Tadler is considered one of the nation’s foremost authorities on all aspects of e-discovery. The NLJ noted that “she pioneered the establishment of an e-discovery practice group within a plaintiffs’ firm.”

In April, Ms. Tadler led Chambers USA’s top e-Discovery Band 1 Nationwide Rankings. Recognized year after year, she continues to be the only plaintiffs-side lawyer ranked among this select group of professionals. The 2020 USA Guide describes her as "extraordinarily knowledgeable" and widely respected as a leading figure in the plaintiffs' Bar, and as someone who is regularly retained as e-discovery counsel in large class actions and multidistrict litigation. Ms. Tadler was also ranked in Band 1 in the Chambers Global Guide.

Ms. Tadler founded Tadler Law—one of only a handful of women-owned and -operated complex litigation boutiques—in June 2019 to capitalize on her unique and personal brand as one of the country's renowned authorities in e-discovery and class action litigation. Since its founding, Tadler Law has litigated some of the highest profile cases in the country, including data breach and consumer class actions, antitrust matters, SEC whistleblower investigations, and other complex matters. The firm is also leading the way for equal pay with its prominent representation of World Champion soccer star Hope Solo in her equal pay battle against the U.S. Soccer Federation.

Tadler Law is routinely called on by other prominent firms to draft and negotiate ESI protocols, protective orders, and other important discovery documents in national matters. Ms. Tadler also personally crafts and negotiates search terms and the application of other search methodologies, including Technology Assisted Review (TAR) and advanced analytics.
