(“Next 15” or the “Company”)

Extension of Block Listing

Next Fifteen Communications Group plc announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange in respect of a block admission of 500,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company (the ‘Block Listing Shares’), to be added to the existing block scheme put in place in connection with the Next Fifteen Communications Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan (first announced on 22 September 2017).

The 500,000 Block Listing Shares represent approximately 0.58% of the current issued share capital of the Company.

The Block Listing Shares represent options over Ordinary Shares and performance share awards of Ordinary Shares granted or to be granted under the Next Fifteen Communications Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan. On exercise of the options or vesting of the performance share awards, the shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue.

Admission of the Block Listing Shares is expected to occur on 27 March 2020.
