Edgeworth Economics Recognized as Top Economic Consultancy by Global Competition Review

WASHINGTON--()--Edgeworth Economics, an economic and quantitative consulting firm that provides economic analysis and expert testimony for clients facing complex litigation, regulatory, and other challenges, has again been listed as a top competition economic consultancy by Global Competition Review (GCR) in its annual publication of the Economics 21. As a subset of the GCR 100, the Economics 21 recognizes the leading competition economics practices around the world.

GCR’s profile on Edgeworth notes the firm’s 10-year anniversary and highlights some of its competition work and accomplishments, including advisory to a leading technology firm in an arbitration case involving issues of price-fixing. Another case featured was Edgeworth’s advisory on an antitrust matter in a case brought by the US Federal Trade Commission. The profile also highlighted the record number of Edgeworth economists listed in the Who's Who of Competition Economists this past year.

“We are pleased to be recognized by GCR once again,” said Edgeworth CEO Dr. John Johnson. “Over the past decade, Edgeworth economists have had the honor to work on groundbreaking cases on behalf of the world’s leading law firms and companies. Continued inclusion in the Economics 21 reflects our ongoing commitment to providing superior rigor in our economic analysis and exceptional client service.”

The Economics 21 is determined by criteria such as casework, reputation, size of practice, and individual expert recognition in the Who's Who of Competition Economists.
