SOUTHFIELD, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Atwell, LLC is pleased to welcome Ed Zebrowski as Director of Construction. Based in Atwell’s Southfield office, Zebrowski will support Atwell’s construction management and program management practices, manage resource allocation, grow client relationships and lead client programs nationwide.
Zebrowski has spent his entire career in the real estate business doing residential and commercial design, construction, and program management. His background is founded in acquisition, entitlement, development and sales of construction projects, including residential housing, heavy civil improvements, Section 8 housing, hotel, commercial, mixed-use, office and industrial properties. He has the proven ability to develop and implement regional and nationwide programs for major corporations, from start to finish, maintaining a strict schedule, adhering to all building codes and ordinances, meeting desires of owners or tenants and completing projects on-time and within budget. Zebrowski specializes in oversight of all acquisition/disposition, entitlement and development activities, assist in the capital generation for the firm, and oversee the product development for regional developers.
Zebrowski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan, and an MBA degree from the University of Denver.
