U.S. Urology Partners Expands Senior Management Team

New CFO, CDO Have Extensive Healthcare Backgrounds

COLUMBUS, Ohio--()--U.S. Urology Partners has added two highly experienced healthcare experts to its executive team. Anthony Bond, CPA, has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer, and Chad Baldwin will serve as Chief Development Officer.

U.S. Urology Partners offers an alternative to hospital acquisition, allowing urology practices to retain their independence while benefitting from operational support, management expertise and deep financial resources. Anthony Bond, CPA, is a seasoned financial executive with more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare service sector. Most recently as CFO of IMAC Holdings, a provider of regenerative services as an alternative to surgery, he led the company from cash-based operations through an IPO, taking the company public on the NASDAQ. He previously ran Bond Consulting Group, providing a variety of strategic financial services to organizations while arranging for financing, starting, managing and ultimately selling three businesses. Mr. Bond’s experience includes serving as Group CFO and Vice President for Symbion, an owner of more than 60 ambulatory surgery centers and hospitals; Vice President of Financial Operations for Inspiris, Inc.; and Vice President of National Accounts for Passport Health Communications.

Chad Baldwin is a senior executive with nearly two decades of healthcare services experience in finance, operations and business development. His background includes serving as Vice President of Hospital Operations for Surgery Partners, Inc., an integrated outpatient healthcare company with 180 facilities in 32 states. Mr. Baldwin’s focus was on development and acquisition efforts aimed at surgical hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, physician practices and urgent care. During his decade with Surgery Partners, Mr. Baldwin served as Vice President of Acquisitions and Development as well as interim Chief Executive Officer of Lubbock Heart and Surgical Hospital. Previously, Mr. Baldwin was a Senior Accountant with Psychiatric Solutions, Inc. as well as Ernst and Young, LLP.
