Mr. Barnes has over 20 years of public accounting experience in audit, tax and transactional assistance, serving US public registrants, international reporting entities and privately held companies. His experience in finance and accounting includes mergers and acquisitions, SEC filings, IPO's, and business development. Mr. Barnes holds a bachelor’s in accounting from Sam Houston State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
