Titan Regulation adds Advisory business, Rebrands as Titan Regulation and Advisory, adds two Partners

SAN FRANCISCO & CHICAGO--()--Titan Regulation, a premier provider of regulatory compliance solutions to financial services firms, today announced a reorganization pursuant to which the company will begin to offer advisory services. The newly reorganized entity will rebrand as Titan Regulation and Advisory.

In connection with the reorganization, the company will add two partners, Edward Fasano and Thomas King. Mssrs. King and Fasano will co-head the company’s finance and accounting advisory offering. In addition, Mr. King will assume responsibility for the company’s Chicago center of excellence. Mr. Fasano will lead the new entity’s global sales and marketing effort and the company’s east coast region. The company’s founder and current CEO, Julie Dixon will continue to operate the California center of excellence and maintain CEO responsibilities for the combined entity.

I began working with both Tom and Ed twenty years ago when we were co-workers and have watched both individuals consistently succeed, year after year. Edward Fasano was formerly the COO, CFO and CCO for both Saya Capital and Seawolf Capital in New York City. Prior to these roles he was the Executive Director, Head of Portfolio Finance for FrontPoint Partners, VP of Portfolio Finance for DKR Capital and held senior finance roles at Citadel LLC and Paloma Partners. Mr. Fasano began his career as an associate at Tiger Management in New York City and resides in Connecticut.

Thomas King was formerly CFO for Nantahala Capital Management and Roundtable Investment Management. Prior to these roles, he was Global Controller for Citadel LLC. Mr. King began his career as an Assistant Vice President for Chicago Research and Trading (“CRT”) and its successor, NationsBank. Mr. King is a CPA and resides in the Chicago area.
