DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--A compelling and varied bevy of recognized environmental and policy leaders will lead the conversation about sustainability at EarthxBanquets, a series of intimate evenings the week of EarthX. Beginning April 25 and running through April 27, banquets each night will help extend the EarthX experience offered at EarthxExpo and the nine conferences affiliated with EarthxConference. EarthxBanquets will also include a Business Breakfast on April 26 at Fair Park with Mark Victor Hansen, author of Chicken Soup for the Soul, and Crystal Dwyer Hansen of Metamorphosis Energy. That same day, Howard Schultz, former Chairman and CEO of Starbucks, will headline an Energy Lunch at noon at Fair Park.
