Pharmacy Times Continuing Education™ to Present Specialty Pharmacy CE Symposia in Las Vegas

PTCE will offer 15 CE sessions at the 2019 Asembia Specialty Pharmacy Summit

CRANBURY, N.J.--()--Pharmacy Times Continuing Education™ (PTCE), a leader in continuing education for retail, health-system, managed care and specialty pharmacists, will conduct 15 CE-accredited sessions in conjunction with the 15th annual Asembia Specialty Pharmacy Summit at the Wynn and Encore Hotels in Las Vegas, Nevada. The summit will be held from Monday, April 29, to Thursday, May 2, 2019.

  • Inflammatory Bowel Disease, which will be held on Tuesday, April 30, from 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. This activity is supported by an education grant from Takeda Pharmaceuticals U.S.A. Inc.
  • Hereditary Transthyretin Amyloidosis (hATTR), which will be held on Tuesday, April 30, from 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. This activity is supported by an education grant from Alnylam Pharmaceuticals Inc.
  • Antiviral Treatment of Influenza, which will be held on Tuesday, April 30, from noon to 1:30 p.m. This activity is supported by an education grant from Genentech.
  • Von Willebrand Disease, which will be held on Wednesday, May 1, from 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. This activity is supported by an education grant from Grifols.
  • Peanut Allergies, which will be held on Wednesday, May 1, from 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. This activity is supported by an education grant from Aimmune Therapeutics.
  • Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis, which will be held on Wednesday, May 1, from noon to 1:30 p.m. This activity is supported by an education grant from Genentech.
  • Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, which will be held on Wednesday, May 1, from noon to 1:30 p.m. This activity is supported by an education grant from Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma America, Inc.
  • Diabetic Retinopathy and Diabetic Macular Edema, which will be held on Thursday, May 2, from 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. This activity is supported by an education grant from Genentech.
  • PARP Inhibitors in Ovarian Cancer, which will be held on Thursday, May 2, from 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. This activity is supported by an education grant from Tesaro.
  • Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Hypertension (CTEPH), which will be held on Thursday, May 2, from noon to 1:30 p.m. This activity is supported by an education grant from Actelion.
  • Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia, which will be held on Thursday, May 2, from noon to 1:30 p.m. This activity is supported by an education grant from AstraZeneca.
