BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SessionM, the leading customer engagement and loyalty platform, is making significant investments in delivery resources as it continues to enjoy more than 100 percent year-over-year growth in software sales spanning a number of new clients in the restaurant, retail, hospitality and consumer packaged goods spaces. To support that growth, the company has made key strategic hires and major investments in delivery resources in existing offices in Boston, Pittsburgh, London and Singapore. The company has also expanded its geographical footprint by opening its new Prague development hub where SessionM plans to add 30 new employees by 2020.
Capitalizing on the success of its platform to date, SessionM is honing in on executing rapid implementations to meet its clients’ needs with the help of new hires including industry veteran John Doub as vice president of delivery. Doub brings nearly two decades of enterprise delivery and technical services experience to SessionM. Previously, he held executive positions at Zeta Global, Epsilon and eBay. At SessionM, Doub will be responsible for delivery and support with a focus on scaling and global expansion.
