People’s Bank of Commerce Declares 5% Stock Dividend

MEDFORD, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of People's Bank of Commerce (OTCBB:PBCO) announced today a five percent (5%) stock dividend payable to all shareholders of record April 26, 2019, payable on or about May 28, 2019. Ken Trautman, President and CEO stated that “the Board of Directors is delighted to provide this dividend to our shareholders in light of the 47% increase in earnings per share for the year 2018 compared to 2017.” No fractional shares will be issued and cash will be paid in lieu of fractional shares. Mr. Trautman also reminds shareholders to expect important material for the annual shareholder’s meeting to be held April 24, 2019.
