ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Litigation and Government Investigations attorneys Adriaen Morse and Troy Brown have joined Arnall Golden Gregory LLP’s Washington, D.C. office. Both attorneys joined the firm from Morse Law Office PLLC and have previously held positions at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Mr. Morse joins as a partner, focusing on civil litigation, government investigations, criminal prosecutions, and internal compliance issues. A former senior counsel at the SEC, Mr. Morse represents individuals, financial institutions, auditors, and public companies with matters including investigations and litigation with the SEC, Department of Justice, FINRA, state securities industry regulators, class action plaintiffs, and between businesses. He has represented executives and corporations as a partner at international law firms and has also led the litigation and compliance departments of Fortune 200 public companies.

Mr. Brown joins as counsel, focusing on civil litigation, criminal defense, and government investigations. An experienced practitioner and former legal ethics professor, he represents clients in high-stakes matters such as commercial litigation, federal and criminal enforcement investigations, business or securities fraud, compliance issues, and employment litigation.
