Physicians’ Education Resource® Presents the 16th Annual Winter Lung Cancer Conference™

The meeting provides expert perspectives on cutting-edge research alongside practical applications to lung cancer patient care

CRANBURY, N.J.--()--Physicians’ Education Resource® (PER®), the nation’s leading resource for oncology and hematology continuing medical education (CME), will host the 16th Annual Winter Lung Cancer Conference™, from Jan. 25-27, 2019, at Eden Roc Miami Beach, Miami Beach, Florida.

The esteemed Winter Lung Cancer Conference™ will be co-chaired by Rogerio C. Lilenbaum, M.D., professor of medicine in medical oncology and chief medical officer of Smilow Cancer Hospital, Yale New Haven Health; Mark A. Socinski, M.D., executive medical director at the Florida Hospital Cancer Institute; Heather A. Wakelee, M.D., professor of medicine (oncology) at the Stanford University Medical Center; and Julie R. Brahmer, M.D., M.Sc., co-director, upper aerodigestive department, Bloomberg-Kimmel Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy; director, thoracic oncology program, professor of oncology, Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center at Johns Hopkins University.

This year’s program combined the historic Winter Lung Cancer Conference™ with PER’s own Miami Lung Cancer Conference® will offer a world class continuing medical education (CME) for the treatment of patients with lung cancer. This historic Winter Lung Cancer Conference™, led by world- leading thoracic oncologists, will offer attendees a chance to learn from and interact with international experts who specialize in immunotherapy, targeted agents, and combined modality therapy. The meeting will also feature Medical Crossfire® panels and question-and-answer sessions that give attendees an opportunity to consult with faculty and peers on challenging cases.
