IPL and DP&L Announce Resignation of President and CEO Craig Jackson

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. & DAYTON, Ohio--()--The AES Corporation (NYSE: AES) United States Strategic Business Unit (US SBU) announced today that Indianapolis Power & Light Company (IPL) and Dayton Power and Light Company (DP&L) President and CEO Craig Jackson has resigned to spend more time with his family and begin exploring new career opportunities. Jackson will leave the Company effective December 31, 2018. The Company has begun a search for Jackson’s successor.

Jackson joined AES as part of the DPL acquisition in 2011. Over the last seven years, Jackson has held numerous leadership positions prior to his current role as IPL and DP&L President and CEO, including US SBU CFO and DP&L CFO.
