NORRISTOWN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GES Events, a global experiential marketing partner to many of the world’s leading companies collaborated with the historic Elmwood Park Zoo, located outside of Philadelphia, to light up the holiday season with “Wild Lights” a brand new holiday lights festival. People of all ages will enjoy the immersive experience with millions of LED lights throughout the zoo.
“Wild Lights is the first nighttime holiday light experience of its kind for Elmwood Park Zoo,” said Elmwood Park Zoo Marketing Director Shaun Rogers. “We’ve been looking to create a holiday lights experience and GES, a global leader for live events, was the ideal partner to work with us to extend our zoo experience for guests in this dazzling way. GES Events, a company world-renowned for producing entertainment experiences and corporate events, designed, installed and produced Wild Lights for Elmwood Park Zoo. Visitors will be dazzled by animated installations, interactive elements, and themed attractions. Wild Lights features a magical tree-lined path, where visitors stroll through Disco Ball Way, Candy Cane Lane, and finally, the can’t-miss Santa’s Workshop and his reindeer.

Wild Lights also features the following attractions:
- Santa’s Workshop will be open to guests, where they can meet and take photos with the big man himself.
- Santa’s live reindeer return to the zoo for guest greetings and photos.
- The zoo’s vintage Carousel is open throughout each evening.
- Treetop Adventures offers rides on its “Quick Zip” course. Guests wear lit harnesses that interact with select light installations.
- On Saturdays, Bubby’s Dessert Party features Elmwood Park Zoo’s bison mascot helping guests to an assortment of delicious holiday treats, a hot chocolate bar, and gingerbread men decorating stations.
