NEW YORK--()--The&Partnership announced today it has named senior ad industry exec Agnes Fischer as president, New York. Fischer brings broad experience driving agency growth at firms including Droga5, Anomaly and Publicis to the role, where she will be responsible for guiding The&Partnership’s New York client and business operations. She will report to Andrew Bailey, North America CEO of The&Partnership.

Fischer joins the agency from Droga5 where she served as executive group director and co-head of account management, managing agency operations and running the firm’s JP Morgan Chase and NY Times accounts. In this role she led a significant expansion in the agency’s business, building Chase into the firm’s largest account and developing new internal structures to more effectively support the holistic needs of large-scale clients across creative, media and design. For the NY Times, Fischer and her team were responsible for the blockbuster “The Truth is Hard” campaign, which helped drive unprecedented subscriber growth while picking up a slew of awards including two Gold Cannes Lions and seven Gold One Show Pencils.

Alongside her agency responsibilities, Fischer became a published author in 2017 with the Regan Arts/Simon & Schuster release of her book, Eggs Unscrambled: Making Sense of Egg Freezing, Fertility, and the Truth about Your Reproductive Years.

“Agnes brings impeccable experience building high-performing agency teams, driving brilliant creative and launching standout campaigns for some of the world’s most iconic brands,” said Andrew Bailey, CEO, North America of The&Partnership. “We are pleased to welcome her to The&Partnership and look forward to her leadership in accelerating our growth in the North America market.”

Prior to Droga5, Fischer served as business director at Anomaly where she led the innovation team, helping clients like Procter & Gamble align their strategies with emerging consumer trends. Earlier she held management roles across a mix of traditional, digital and integrated agencies including Organic, Publicis, DDB and LBi. She began her advertising career at TBWA\Chiat\Day working on the Absolut Vodka account. Over the course of her career she has led campaigns for Google, Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Hershey, Novartis and Panera among other blue-chip brands.

“The&Partnership has been ahead of the trend in its willingness to embrace a radically client-centered model that streamlines and improves the ability of brands to connect with consumers across a crowded and ever-evolving media environment,” said Fischer. “I am excited to join the incredible North American team in building the next chapter in the agency’s success.”
