PEARL RIVER, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Syncsort, the global leader in Big Iron to Big Data software, today announced that Kristian Talvitie has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to build on its strong momentum and accelerate key value creation initiatives as part of the company’s ongoing transformation. As CFO, Kristian will lead the finance, legal, Information Technology and M&A integration teams, reporting to Syncsort CEO Josh Rogers.
Kristian has more than 20 years of technology company experience in leadership roles geared towards driving growth and achieving financial objectives. Prior to joining Syncsort, Kristian served as CFO at Sovos Compliance, LLC., a tax compliance and reporting software firm. Before that, he held a variety of positions at PTC (NASDAQ: PTC), a leader in the IoT software market, where he was instrumental in its successful subscription licensing model initiative.
