LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Schulte Roth & Zabel (SRZ) is hosting a seminar on Shareholder Activism in Europe today in London. Convening major industry players, the conference covers the current state of market practice in the United Kingdom and continental Europe. The event is by invitation only.
Ele Klein, New York-based SRZ partner and co-chair of the firm’s global Shareholder Activism Group, will moderate a panel covering “Current Developments and State of the Market in the UK and Europe,” which features Allison Bennington of ValueAct Capital, Liad Meidar of Gatemore Capital Management and Angus Milne of TCI Fund Management Limited.
Jim McNally, London-based SRZ partner, will moderate the “Effective Communications and Campaigning” panel featuring Domenic Brancati of Georgeson, Aneliya Crawford, New York-based SRZ partner, Ed Gascoigne-Pees of Camarco and Andrew Honnor of Greenbrook Communications. Husein Bektic of Activist Insight will discuss “Activism: 2018 and What’s Next.”
