NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Behavox, a pioneering artificial intelligence data analytics firm, today announced the launch of Behavox Voice, their newest suite of proprietary capabilities that enables organizations to process and analyze voice recordings through a variety of new features, including multi-lingual functionality.

Behavox Voice includes a wide range of features and functionality, using machine-learning powered acoustic voice analysis, and is fully integrated into the Behavox platform.
Some of these new hallmarks include:
- Standard voice to text transcription;
- Robust key word spotting by leveraging proprietary algorithms to dramatically increase accuracy rates;
- Paralinguistics, which detects acoustic cues such as laughter, whispering, raised tones of voice, and other indications beyond simply the words themselves;
- And Biometrics, which can specifically identify any individual’s voice after hearing just 5 minutes of a recording.
Perhaps the most critical component of Behavox Voice is the new language capabilities. Behavox is actively working on developing multi-lingual functionality with an initial focus on English, Spanish, and Japanese, in response to direct client feedback and requests.
