PADUCAH, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Murray State University Board of Regents named Steve Powless, chairman and CEO for Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) (OTCQX: CSVI), to its selection committee for a new university president. The board invited Powless to serve on the 10-member committee based on his experience leading a global fintech company, as well as his familiarity with the university and its programs.

Powless is chairman and CEO of CSI, a full-service fintech and regtech provider serving financial institutions and businesses nationwide. He also is the current chairman of the Baptist Health Paducah Administrative Board of Directors. Additionally, Powless, who received his bachelor’s degree in business from Murray State, received the Distinguished Alumnus Award from the MSU Alumni Association in 2014.
