LOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Malone Workforce Solutions is proud to announce and welcome David Reingold as the Executive VP of Staffing Solutions. David will be responsible for the future growth and development of Malone’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) efforts to position the company as a sought-after preferred staffing supplier on MSP programs nationally. David will expand Malone’s sales teams, dedicated recruiting/staffing units, onboarding professionals and increase staff retention efforts to support Malone’s broadened MSP supplier presence.
This newly constructed unit will be supporting large enterprises in a variety of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, retail and others that have outsourced or are seeking to outsource their staffing management to an MSP. Malone is already engaged on many MSP programs and through David’s efforts, will expand the company’s footprint nationally as well as begin expanding relationships with the MSP providers themselves.
David joins the Malone team from New York-based Veterans Sourcing Group/C&L Group, a staffing provider of top talent utilizing offshore and domestic recruiters. The company sources candidates primarily for customers with MSPs in place.
Veterans Sourcing Group was founded by and grew out of the legendary Computer Horizons Company (CHC) that brought to market the very first VMS technology, “Chimes”. David was instrumental in the development, marketing and selling of the Chimes solution, which changed the landscape of recruiting, sourcing and staffing as well as enabled the construction of staffing MSPs.
