The American Journal of Managed Care® Announces Its Latest Institute for Value-Based Medicine® Meeting

This meeting focuses on advancing quality in oncology care

CRANBURY, N.J.--()--The American Journal of Managed Care® (AJMC®), the leading peer-reviewed journal dedicated to issues in managed care, will host a regional Institute for Value-Based Medicine® meeting on advancing quality in oncology care. The meeting will take place Wednesday, Nov. 7, from 5:30-9 p.m. at the Hilton Seattle in Washington.

“This live interactive meeting is an amazing opportunity for healthcare professionals to learn from some of the top experts in oncology-focused value-based care,” said Gil Hernandez, director of sales of managed markets at MJH Associates, parent company of AJMC® and the Institute for Value-Based Medicine®. “We look forward to educating attendees on the value-based transformations impacting oncology today.”

This meeting will feature a diverse and highly educational agenda. The Institute for Value-Based Medicine is an informative regional series that focuses on multi-stakeholder perspectives from oncologists, payers, and practice executives. With a goal to discuss pressing topics, such as the implications of value-based medicine on clinical practice, best practices in implementing the Oncology Care Model, and the integration of oncology clinical and financial-management perspectives with evolving value-based medicine, the program features leading experts from the field of managed care to enhance audience knowledge.
