WellRight Announces Employee Engagement and Premier Partner Award Recipients

Awards Presented at WellRight User Conference on September 28

CHICAGO--()--If employees are engaged with their company, they’re more likely to be happier, more productive, and to stick around for the long haul. WellRight, a leading wellness program provider, has chosen to honor organizations who have made employee engagement a priority, handing out four awards at their User Conference on September 28. Three companies received an Employee Engagement Award for their accomplishments in bolstering employee engagement. Additionally, one special partner received a Premier Partner award.

The Engagement Award recipients are diverse, but all share a common trait: they’ve implemented strategic and creative wellness and employee engagement programs, helping their employees become their best selves:

  • Point Loma Nazarene University is focused on encouraging employees to participate in an active, healthy lifestyle. By including a mix of personal and community wellness challenges, PLNU designed a program that brings employees together while still being flexible enough to fit each individual. Cheering each other on has brought an already-strong team even closer together.
  • Nicholas and Company, a wholesale food distributor, ramped up their existing wellness and engagement programming to new heights, while finding ways to make record-keeping easy and fun for staff. Their wellness program participation skyrocketed, resulting in employees who are healthier, happier, and more productive.
  • WinterWyman is a talent acquisition firm with an impressive retention record and a dedication to maintaining a culture of caring. Their efforts in implementing a right-fit wellness program resulted in an increased engagement rate, transforming the company from the inside out.

Receiving WellRight’s Premier Partner Award was HealthSource Solutions, a Minnesota-based wellness program reseller and certified Women’s Business Enterprise. HealthSource Solutions was honored for their uniquely consultative approach in how they partner with employers to deliver top-quality wellness programming.

“We’re thrilled to present Employee Engagement Awards and the Premier Partner Award to these companies,” says Tad Mitchell, CEO of WellRight. “All four of them set a high bar when it comes to planning and implementing thoughtful and personalized wellness and engagement programs that employees not only benefit from, but truly enjoy. Their programs reflect a deep caring for the wellbeing of the employees they serve.”
