MORRISTOWN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Schindler Elevator Corporation announces the hiring of Jasmine Khambatta as Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence and Business Transformation, a brand new role for the company.
In this role, Ms. Khambatta will serve as a key member of President Greg Ergenbright’s leadership team, responsible for leading organization-wide initiatives to implement and develop long-term strategic plans to secure growth and profitability. Additionally, she will direct and oversee strategic, long-term planning and analysis that focuses on the company’s top priorities, identifies and resolves complex business issues and develops key business insights.

Jasmine has led global teams for multiple businesses and has a proven track record of growth. For the past four years Jasmine was the President, Environmental Air and Distribution and led Global e-Commerce with the Filtration Group, a global filtration company. Prior to that she was Vice President and General Manager, Indoor lighting at Acuity Brands Lighting. She started her career with Danaher Corporation with assignments in marketing, manufacturing and general management. Jasmine is well-versed in helping drive growth and improve business results in a variety of industries.
