Securus connects more than 100,000 incarcerated individuals to a modern educational curriculum through its customized version of the popular KA Lite platform. This educational platform empowers self-paced learning delivered through more than 25,000 exercises and skill checks and 7,000 educational videos. The Securus version is a user-friendly platform optimized specifically for the security needs of corrections agencies.

As they progress through their lessons, the application recommends similar or related educational content to keep them achieving their educational success. Subjects available are Math, Science, Personal Finance and Accounting, Grammar, Computer Programming/Science, History, Health/Mental Health, Entrepreneurship, Career Exploration, and more.
The app is available free of charge on all SecureView Tablets at participating facilities. Like all SecureView applications, KA Lite only delivers secure, approved content and cannot be used to access the internet or other outside websites.
