SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Harvey Nash, an IT recruitment, IT offshoring and executive search firm, today announced Market Director Brittany Halberg has been named to the 2018 prestigious Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) 40 Under 40 list. Halberg has been instrumental in growing Harvey Nash’s influence and client roster in the Pacific Northwest, leading her region to grow gross profit by 15 percent and profits by 85 percent.
Halberg joined Harvey Nash in 2012 as a recruiter, then advanced to director of business development, where she focused on IT and engineering recruiting for startups, midsize and enterprise companies. She then served as executive sales director. She achieved the status of top performer for the company, and climbed the ranks to her current role as market director of Washington state. She currently manages a team of 25.
Halberg’s passion for learning has helped her mentor and grow her team, encouraging them to work and learn as hard as they can. For the last five years, she has also been serving as chair of the Seattle chapter of ARA, an organization that works to Attract, Retain and Advance women in technology.
