These licenses allow MJIC to distribute cannabis products from its Coachella facility throughout the entire state of California on a fully-compliant basis.

In addition to its fully-licensed Coachella facility, MJIC continues to expand its infrastructure to address the growing demand for compliant distribution of cannabis products in California following the expiration on July 1, 2018 of the transition period provided by the State of California for cannabis operators to achieve full compliance with all applicable regulations. MJIC expects to obtain municipal and state licenses in connection with its distribution facilities in Oakland and Long Beach during the third and fourth quarters of 2018, respectively.
