KKR Completes Conversion to a Corporation and Announces 2018 Investor Day

NEW YORK--()--As previously announced, KKR & Co. Inc. (NYSE: KKR) completed its conversion from a Delaware limited partnership to a Delaware corporation on July 1, 2018.

“We are pleased to have completed our conversion from a partnership to a corporation,” said Henry R. Kravis and George R. Roberts, Co-Chairmen and Co-Chief Executive Officers of KKR. “This decision was designed to broaden our investor base, simplify our structure and make it easier to invest in our shares. We look forward to welcoming new shareholders into the fold.”

In addition, KKR also announced details regarding its upcoming Investor Day. Investor Day will be held for common stockholders and analysts on Monday, July 9, 2018 from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm ET. The day will feature presentations by KKR’s business leaders.
