NEW HOME honored for a wide-range of architectural excellence at multiple communities in Southern California and Arizona, with Coral Canyon at Crystal Cove named detached community of the year.

ALISO VIEJO, Calif.--()--The New Home Company (NEW HOME; NYSE: NWHM) was the most recognized homebuilder at last night’s Gold Nugget Awards, winning five Grand Awards, including Residential Detached Collection of the Year, during the prestigious ceremony at PCBC in San Francisco. The Gold Nugget Awards recognize the best in architectural design and planning excellence, drawing hundreds of entries from throughout the United States and around the world.

NEW HOME won the top Grand Awards for a selection of its communities in Southern California and Arizona. This was highlighted by the judges naming Coral Canyon, an enclave of luxury coastal residences within Crystal Cove on the famed Newport Coast, as the detached community of the year.
