Ms. Phelps is a transformative marketing executive with more than 15 years of experience leading marketing teams within Fortune 500 organizations.

Ms. Phelps has held top positions at numerous organizations, including Director of Marketing at AutoZone Inc., Director of Marketing at Reynolds American Inc., and Consumer and Market Insights Practice Lead at a Maritz Research company, now MaritzCX.
Ms. Phelps joined Colibri Group in 2015 and has led the digital transformation of the marketing function into an organization that provides scalable expertise across the multiple industries that Colibri serves, which has helped fuel the company’s growth over the past three years and provides a strong foundation for further expansion.
