NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Perella Weinberg Partners (“PWP”) announced today that Stacia Schlosser Ryan will join the Firm as a Partner in its Advisory business. Ms. Schlosser Ryan will be a part of the Firm’s Consumer and Retail team working alongside Cem Koray, Partner and Head of the Consumer & Retail Group, to cover a global selection of retail, food, beverage, household, and personal care companies. She will be based in Chicago with Brennan Smith, Partner and Head of the Chicago office.
Ms. Schlosser Ryan is a seasoned investment banker with 20 years of experience. She will join PWP from Morgan Stanley, where she was a Managing Director and a senior member of the global consumer and retail investment banking franchise. At Morgan Stanley, Ms. Schlosser Ryan executed a variety of transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, equity and debt underwritings. She joined Morgan Stanley in 1998 and worked in New York, Sydney, Menlo Park, and Chicago.
