MEMPHIS, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jernigan Capital, Inc. (NYSE: JCAP) (the "Company") today announced the closing of its previously announced offering of 4,600,000 shares of its common stock, including 600,000 shares issued pursuant to the exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares in full, at a public offering price of $18.50 per share. The net proceeds from the offering, excluding estimated expenses payable by the Company and including the proceeds from the exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares, are approximately $81.3 million.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay amounts outstanding under its credit facility, fund its development portfolio and for general corporate purposes.
