HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cotton Holdings, Inc. (“Cotton” or the “Company”) announced today that Mark Fischer has joined the Company as President, Cotton International, Inc. With a career of over three decades spent in the property restoration industry, Mr. Fischer has previously served as a senior executive of BMS CAT and ServiceMaster in Australia, Asia, Europe and several countries and territories throughout North America and the Caribbean.
