BATON ROUGE, La.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--eQHealth Solutions, a population health management company, was chosen by Georgia Health Select to provide population health management technology for care coordination, business intelligence and healthcare analytics. eQHealth Solutions’ technology was chosen to enhance Georgia Health Select’s capabilities for more robust care coordination, transitions of care management, and communication across their entire enterprise. Additionally, eQHealth’s Business Intelligence Analytics Solution will be used to strengthen physician practices and identify and prioritize opportunities for quality of care improvements and cost reductions.

Physician’s Health Services (PHS) is an Independent Practice Association (IPA) located in Dalton, GA, created to help physicians from different practices work together to improve individual patient and community health while decreasing the cost of care. The organization was formed in 1990 and most of the physicians in Whitfield and Murray counties are members. To be a member, physicians go through a credentialing process that verifies their qualifications such as education, board certification and experience.
