The Class A Common Stock and Warrants that are separated will trade on The NASDAQ Capital Market (“NASDAQ”) under the symbols “TMCX” and “TMCXW,” respectively. Units that are not separated will continue to trade on NASDAQ under the symbol “TMCXU.”
