SAN RAMON, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Old Republic Home Protection (ORHP) is pleased to announce recent changes to leadership positions in the Sales and Marketing Departments.
Lorna Mello, former Vice President, Sales and Marketing, was promoted to the role of Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing. In her new role, Mello provides leadership, direction, and resource management to the Sales and Marketing Departments. She is accountable for overall sales and marketing performance, the profitable achievement of sales and marketing goals, and for aligning the sales and marketing objectives with the company’s business strategy.
Jim Mullery, former Regional Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic Region, was promoted to the role of Vice President, Sales. He is responsible for ensuring sales and growth objectives are achieved, hiring and training sales staff, and monitoring the Sales Department’s contributions to overall profitability.
In addition, ORHP hired two Regional Vice Presidents to provide critical leadership to Account Executives who, in turn, offer consistent, dependable customer service to the local real estate communities they serve. Leah Wartelle, former National Sales Development Coordinator, was hired as the new Regional Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic Region. Leah has worked for ORHP for over a decade and delivers a wealth of home warranty and real estate industry knowledge to her new position. Gail Stevens was hired as the new Regional Vice President of the Central Southwest Region. Gail brings solid business acumen, great intuition, and extensive home warranty and title experience to her new role.
