(Brundage-Bone or the Company), a leading provider of concrete pumping services in the United States and United Kingdom, is pleased to announce the acquisition of O’Brien Concrete Pumping, Inc. (O’Brien). O’Brien, which is headquartered near Denver, operates approximately 70 concrete pumps across Colorado and Arizona and has built a strong reputation as an outstanding service provider during its highly distinguished history spanning more than four decades.
The acquisition will deepen Brundage-Bone’s presence across the Rockies and Southwest United States, allowing the Company to expand its differentiated service offering to a broad range of customers in various commercial, residential and infrastructure end-markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
