NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Accume Partners announced today that it has hired Sanjay Bobby Marwaha as the firm’s US Risk and Regulatory Advisory Practice Leader.

Prior to joining Accume, Marwaha most recently was at BDO where he grew and was the Leader of the Risk Advisory Financial Services Practice, member of the National Banking Executive Committee, Co-Leader of the National Banking Business Development Committee, and Blockchain Co-Leader. In addition, he was at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he rose through the ranks to become the Chief of Staff and a leader in the Governance, Risk and Compliance Practice along with a member of the Diamond Leadership Team. He also previously worked for JPMorgan Chase and General Motors Asset Management.
Marwaha brings a collaborative and results oriented leadership style to Accume as well as his strong background in internal audit, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, business process management, information technology, blockchain, and program management. Over his career, he worked with a broad variety of clients ranging from large and small financial institutions, including: banking and capital markets, asset management (family office, hedge funds, and private equity), insurance companies, FinTech, exchanges, and other non-financial services sector clients within retail and consumer, technology, industrial products, health care, pharmaceutical, entertainment, media, and communications, higher education, private company services, and non-profits.
He is highly successful at working closely with Board Members, Audit Committees, C-suite, and senior executives. He will guide a Practice of Risk and Regulatory experts who are currently serving over 500 clients across 40 states.
