In his new role, Mr. Lorusso will be responsible for project management and due diligence efforts in the primary markets.
Having worked in capital markets for almost a decade in a variety of roles, Mr. Lorusso brings extensive experience in delivering advice and executing equity and debt fundraising transactions. Prior to joining Sixpoint, Mr. Lorusso was a Vice President in Goldman Sachs’ Equity Capital Markets Division, where he assisted in originating, structuring and executing equity capital raises via Initial Public Offerings and Follow-On Offerings for public and private companies.
