BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fuze, the leading cloud-based communications platform provider for the modern global enterprise, announced today that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has given Fuze a 5-Star rating in its 2018 Partner Program Guide. This annual guide is the definitive listing of partner programs from technology vendors that provide products and services through the IT channel. The 5-Star Partner Program Guide rating recognizes an elite subset of companies that offer solution providers the best partnering elements in their channel programs.
To determine the 2018 5-Star ratings, The Channel Company’s research team assessed each vendor’s partner program based on investments in program offerings, partner profitability, partner training, education and support, marketing programs and resources, sales support and communication.
This recognition comes on the heels of several pieces of partnership news that enhance the Fuze ecosystem and ensure a unified, personalized communications experience for its enterprise users. The latest developments in the Fuze partner ecosystem include:
- The option for select partners to resell the Fuze platform, a significant expansion from the previous referral model;
- A new partnership with AppNeta to provide a Real-Time Network Monitoring service;
- A new partnership with Five9 and an expanded partnership with NICE InContact, in order to offer customers best-in-class contact center solutions;
- And deepened relationships with hardware providers: Logitech, Plantronics, Jabra, Polycom, and Yealink to provide fully customizable, end-to-end communication experiences.
Additionally, in mid-2017, Fuze welcomed Chris Doggett, a veteran channel leader, to its executive team as Chief Sales Officer to drive the company’s global sales strategy, including partner relationships.
“We’re thrilled to be recognized by CRN for the strength of our partner program. Our program includes partner relationships that enable customers to use the Fuze platform to transform how their organizations collaborate and communicate,” said Chris Doggett, Chief Sales Officer, Fuze. “The modern mobile workforce demands digital tools that work seamlessly together to communicate and collaborate and need a high-quality experience, whether they are in the office or working remote. Today’s solution providers are in the best position to recommend how their customers can achieve this with Fuze, and we’re investing in key partners to build our business together.”
“Finding the right technology vendor to partner with can be a daunting task, given the vast array of choices now available to solution providers,” said Robert Faletra, Executive Chairman of The Channel Company. “CRN’s Partner Program Guide and 5-Star ratings help them narrow the field and find the best fit, identifying the most rewarding partner programs and providing crucial insight into their strengths and benefits. We are pleased to present our 2018 PPG list, recognizing the strongest and most successful partner programs in the channel today.”
The 2018 Partner Program Guide will be featured in the April issue of CRN and online at www.CRN.com/ppg.
