In addition, the Selling Stockholders are expected to grant to the underwriters in the offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount. ARA is not offering any stock in this offering and will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares of common stock by the Selling Stockholders.
