- Holding a Service to Remember the Dead from the Great East Japan Earthquake and Recommit to Revitalization
On this March 11th, as we reach the seventh year since the Great East Japan Earthquake, a Service to Remember the Dead from the Great East Japan Earthquake and Recommit to Revitalization was held in Fukushima Prefecture. Members of the general public were invited to join the ceremonies, and after their conclusion, there was a public wreath-laying ceremony. When dusk arrived, a Candle Night ceremony also began in the square to the east of Fukushima Station.
- The March 11th Governor’s Message
On that day, the prefectural governor released a March 11th governor’s message for revitalization. The message was released both on the Fukushima Prefectural Planning Department website and on the official Fukushima Prefecture YouTube channel.
