FORT WORTH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Equify Auctions, LLC, a division of Equify, LLC, an asset-based lending and heavy equipment auction company, today announced Michael Grimm has been named President, effective March 12, 2018.
As President of Equify Auctions, Mr. Grimm will be responsible for global growth initiatives and operational functions worldwide. Mr. Grimm will report directly to Executive Officer, Justin Wilks.

Mr. Grimm most recently served as Vice President of Sales at HOLT CAT. In his role, Mr. Grimm was responsible for leading, growing, and developing a team of sales professionals to achieve financial targets and improve customer service. Prior to joining HOLT CAT in 2007, Mr. Grimm served in several leadership positions at Caterpillar, Inc., culminating in his final role there as Six Sigma Black Belt focusing on operational and process improvement. Mr. Grimm received a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Spanish from Southern Methodist University.
