STAMFORD, Conn.--()--Pitney Bowes (NYSE:PBI), a global technology company that provides innovative products and solutions to power commerce today named former USPS Sales and Customer Relations Leader Cliff Rucker as the company’s new Vice President of Business Development, Commerce Services. In this role, Rucker is responsible for helping to accelerate ecommerce growth opportunities for Pitney Bowes both domestically and internationally.

Rucker retired from the USPS on Friday after more than 38 years of federal service. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Customer Relations, where he oversaw a sales organization of 1,000 employees and helped the USPS achieve double-digit growth in package volumes.
